Who We Are
ELC is a platform that provides information, analysis, and initiatives on energy law and policy, developed by Energy Law Center (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The organization is founded with the purposed of enabling energy law in Thailand to become a driving force for the energy transition, drawing on specialized expertise in energy law. Our mission is to help liberate the complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty that often permeates energy law and regulation. We aim to cultivate a knowledge ecosystem for energy law and policy in Thailand though the knowledge we develop and openly share. Ultimately, ELC seeks to strengthen confidence among all stakeholders in the energy landscape and to contribute to the forward momentum of Thailand's energy sector.
